loans between 2007 - 2009. We fund loans domestically and
internationally.
The Fund invests in new construction, refinance and acquisition of various
property types at rates and terms generally associated with insurance
company loans.
- We offer both recourse and non-recourse programs.
- We offer terms of 2 years to 20 years, self-liquidating and
balloon.
- We offer LTC/LTV/LTP 100% for credit tenants; 50% to 70% for
other
type loans.
- We offer financing up to 100% LTV for credit tenants and
borrowers
subject to debt service coverage.
- We offer 100% loan to cost construction loans for investment
grade
tenant borrowers; 50% to 70% for others.
- We offer financing based on lower debt service ratios, subject
to
underwriting criteria.
- We can offer new construction loans with long term fixed rates
and new
construction with mini-perm takeout.
- We can offer interim term financing.
- We offer financing for properties ranging from $2 Million to
$400
Million.
We do not fund land only projects.
We require a fully documented package including but not limited to financial
statements, sources and uses, detailed professional executive summary.
